In one of the many mtches played on de_nuke in the last group, LDLC.com took on 3DMAX in a match which brought Dan "apEX" Madsclaire to his top level with the recently-nerfed glock.
LDLC.com surprised many people with their performances in Group D, which might also be called the "Group of de_nuke_se", as the map was played five times out of six.
Not only did they beat the favorites from Sweden but they also managed to overcome 3DMAX and e-Sports.rs, proceeding directly to the quarter-finals.
Dan "apEX" Madsclaire was the best player of the first group stage and one of the good reasons for it was his performance against 3DMAX.
In this highlight, he managed to kill one man with the semi-automatic mode on his glock while attacking the upper bombsite and switched to burst-fire afterwards. It seemed to have worked even better as he added three more frags, all with headshots.
